Waiter was real nice, manager needs substantial training or a different job. Patio floor was nasty, food and silverware on floor under tables, debris from trees probably been there since winter, stains all over concrete. Could use a power washer with some soap and hot water. Manager said she would send someone out to sweep........

Server was friendly, wait time was well over half hour to get food, outside dining wasn't open on a 70 degree day?, 2 of our favorite items were no longer on the menu, turkey burger was extremely soggy, bacon cheese burger ordered medium was cooked well done and then some. Was offered free desert but who would want to stay in that situation longer that they have too. 10 percent off the bill might of made me want to come back.

The staff here are wonderful and very attentive. The food was delicious, and their garden bar was a wonderful addition to our meal. I love this place quite a lot and recommend dining here when you can.

I have been eating at this Ruby Tuesday for quite some time. Recently the food quality has degraded. One person in the party ordered shrimp. The batter covering them was uncooked inside. I brought this to waitresses attention and she promptly let the manager know. He came to the table and explained to me that in fact they were cooked correctly, but the oil was new in the fryer so they weren't as dark as normal. Which doesn't explain why you have shrimp with raw batter. He continued to explain to me that he's a chef and knows how to cook shrimp. I only wish that he would have cooked them then.
